Ravella Gericke finished her career as one of the most decorated softball players in AIC history. She was a four-time Northeast-10 all-star, earning first-team honors her sophomore, junior and senior years, and was a three-time National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) all-region selection.

Gericke was named the ECAC and Northeast-10 Player of the Year in 1997, while also garnering Player and Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors from the New England Intercollegiate Softball Coaches Association (NEISCA). A two-time NEISCA all-star, she was named an Academic All-American in 1997.

Gericke won a school-record 19 games in 1996 and 1997 and recorded a school-record 156 strikeouts in 1995. She led the team to a pair of College World Series appearances in 1996 and 1997, which were also the first two College World Series appearances in program history.
