Clem Morrison ‘73/’75, former center and right wing for the American International College Ice Hockey team, will be added to the AIC Athletics Hall of Fame in 2019.
Morrison played for the Yellow Jackets from 1969 to 1973 and is a member of the team’s 100 Point Club. He was named team captain his junior and senior year, and led the team in scoring both seasons, picking up an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) scoring title along the way after registering 53 points in just 19 games. He was the recipient of the team’s William E. Conniff award for ability, scholarship, and loyalty.

After graduating, he competed in one professional season of hockey as a member of the St. Louis Blues farm system, playing for the Johnstown Jets of the North American Hockey League in the 1973-74 season alongside fellow AIC Hall-of-Famer Kevin Collins ‘73. Morrison then returned to the Yellow Jackets as a graduate assistant coach for the 1974-75 campaign.

Once his second stint with AIC came to a close, Morrison began to work for Caravan Trailer Rentals in Montreal, Quebec. He quickly rose through the company’s ranks, reaching Vice President of Sales Operations in 1988. He purchased the company in 1994 and ran it for 16 years, retiring as President of the organization in 2010.
Clem and his wife, Gail, currently live in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The Morrisons have two children—a daughter, Belinda, a son, Tony, and five grandchildren: Mikayla, Logan, Luke, Blake, and Scarlett.
