Philosophy: The AIC Student-Athlete Success program is dedicated to supporting the holistic growth of every student-athlete by connecting academics, athletics, and personal development—including community service and engagement. In collaboration with campus partners such as REXCEL, the NEST Academic Success Center, coaches, and faculty, we provide the resources and guidance student-athletes need to excel in the classroom, on the field, and in life beyond college. We celebrate academic and athletic accomplishments at the conference and national levels, while also recognizing the perseverance and steady progress of those building a strong foundation for future success. |
