Dumont was a four-time first-team Northeast-10 all-conference selection (1989-92) and a two-time All-American (1992-93) as a member of the women’s soccer team and once held many of AIC’s career and single-season scoring records. She registered a school-record 77 points (31 goals, 15 assists) in her 77 career games played.

Dumont set the school record for points in a season with 27 her freshman year, scoring a school-record 10 goals with seven assists, and later broke her own record for goals in a season with 11 markers in 1991. Her seven assists in 1989 tied her for second on the single-season assists list and she remains among AIC’s all-time leaders in each of those categories. Dumont was also a member of the women’s basketball team.
