SPARKS, Maryland - USA Lacrosse announced its selections for its 2026 NCAA Division II All-America teams, and among the student-athletes recognized was American International College freshman long-stick midfielder
Dameer Phifer.

Phifer had a tremendous inaugural collegiate campaign in 2026, breaking the NCAA Division II single-season caused turnovers record with 59 in 15 games, while also gathering 86 ground balls and contributing two goals and three assists on the offensive side of the ball.Â
He also played on the wing on faceoffs, helping the Yellow Jackets win 41 more than the prior year and increasing the team's percentage by 4.4 points.
Phifer is the fourth player in program history to earn All-America status from USA Lacrosse, all in the last three seasons.Â
