SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts – American International College head football coach Dan Chipka has announced that the team's 2026 A-Day Spring Game is scheduled for Saturday, April 18.

The annual A-Day Game is the 15th and final practice for the Yellow Jackets this spring and will take place at Ronald J. Abdow Field. Pre-game will begin at 5:00 p.m. with kick-off at 6:00 p.m. Admission is free to the public.

In conjunction with the annual spring game, the AIC football program will be welcoming interested high school juniors in the class of 2027 to the spring game. A-Day will also feature 'Accepted Students Day,' hosted by AIC's Admissions Department from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Additionally, five other teams will be in action at home as part of A-Day; the men's and women's track and field programs will host their A-Day Meet at the John G. Hoyt '52 Track & Field Complex, baseball will play a Northeast 10 Conference doubleheader with Bentley University beginning at noon on Richard F. Bedard Field, women's lacrosse will hold its Senior Day Game against NE10 foe Saint Michael's College at noon on Abdow Field, and men's volleyball will face Dominican University in an East Coast Conference matchup at 1:00 p.m. in the Henry A. Butova Gymnasium, which will also be its Senior Day.
