AIC falls to 3-3-0 on the season with the setback.
The Yellow Jackets were able to hold off the Falcons for over one quarter of regulation before Abi Hennessey put away the game's first goal at 23:58.Â
From there, the host side's offense erupted for four more goals in the next 25:13, with goals by Olivia Matthews, Evelyn Beers, Kaelin Fitzpatrick, and Sydney DeRoche prior to the 50-minute mark.
McKay Pratt closed the scoring on a solo effort at 62:59.
AIC will return to action at Ronald J. Abdow Field on Tuesday, September 22 at 2:00 p.m. against Daemen University.
