HOOKSETT, New Hampshire - The American International College women's lacrosse team fell in a 21-5 match at Northeast 10 Conference foe Southern New Hampshire University on Wednesday, April 15.
AIC is now 1-12 overall and 0-7 in the NE10.
AIC countered a goal the Penmen scored just 10 seconds in with one at the 39-second mark;
Kaileigh Kelleher finished a feed from
Isabelle Stone. However, that was it for the Yellow Jackets until
Gabrielle Walz closed the half with a solo goal at 14:22 of the second, leaving AIC down 15-2 at the break.
The third was quiet; the Penmen scored two early, and the last goal of the frame was Walz, unassisted, at 5:19.Â
Stone and Kelleher each scored unassisted in the fourth to complete AIC's offensive output.Â
AIC will return home for a 12:00 p.m. tilt on Saturday, April 18 against Saint Michael's College.
