SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts – American International College women's soccer has named Miro Gladovic as Assistant Coach, Head Coach Sam Mitchell announced.
Gladovic brings extensive experience in player development, tactical analysis, and international soccer operations. With a diverse background spanning coaching, player representation, media, and global sports consulting, Gladovic adds a broad strategic perspective to the Yellow Jackets' program both on and off the field.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Gladovic's journey in the game began at an early age, a lifelong soccer player who took an unexpected turn in his soccer pathway when he became Australia's first licensed FIFA Players' Agent and, at the time, the youngest licensed agent in the world. His work in the professional agent's game led to him exporting countless young Australian soccer players to the big leagues of Europe, including the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga.
Since moving to the United States over 15 years ago, his collaborations with elite European clubs including FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, paved the way for these clubs to open American offices and broaden their footprint in the United States.
In his time here, Gladovic has coached within the youth systems of Tampa Bay United and Major League Soccer's New York Red Bulls, and most recently served three years as Head Coach of multiple Seacoast United teams in New Hampshire. In 2025, he was appointed Assistant Head Coach and Goalkeeper Coach of the Colby-Sawyer College Women's team, while also serving as Goalkeeper Coach for the men's program. He holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) C License.
Gladovic is also the founder of Soccer Family Agent and the World Soccer Resource Center, platforms focused on educating, inspiring and guiding young American players and families through the complexities of collegiate and professional recruitment at both domestic and international levels.
