ALBANY, New York - The American International women's soccer team fell 2-0 against No. 12 The College of Saint Rose on Tuesday, October 12 in Northeast-10 Conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the 27th minute of play, the No. 12 ranked Golden Knights struck. Mia Klammer put home a one-touch shot from the right side about 12 yards out which gave her team the early lead.
- The Yellow Jackets had a chance in the 72nd minute. Freshman midfielder Vasiliki Flaouna took a shot towards the bottom left, but keeper Marika Laurendeau was there to make the save.
- With seven minutes left in the game, Klammer found the back of the net again from the right side to take the 2-0 lead.
