DOBBS FERRY, New York The American International College men's soccer team played its second consecutive overtime game, a scoreless draw at No. 17 Mercy College on Tuesday, October 22.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Mavericks outshot the Yellow Jackets 7-2 in the first half, with the best opportunity coming late in the frame on a shot by Archie Jones that was blocked along the goal line to keep the score 0-0.
- AIC had an opportunity to turn the tide in the second half as a Mercy player earned a second yellow card and was ejected; the Yellow Jackets were even in shots in the half, 6-6, but failed to hit the net.
- In overtime, the teams continued playing scoreless soccer, ending in a 0-0 draw.
