SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts - The American International College women's soccer team fell 1-0 to Bentley University in a Northeast-10 Conference matchup on Saturday, October 19.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- This first half was all defense, as no goals were scored. Sophomore goalkeeper Tamra Zippin saw two shots on net and saved both shot attempts. On the attack, the Yellow Jackets fired three shots on target, but Bentley keeper Kat Hassapis stopped all three shot attempts.
- With 10 minutes remaining in the second half and the score still at zero, seniors Jennifer Hackett, Jacinda McCartney and Alanna Gracia fired in three quick shots and redshirt sophomore Makayla Bigard attempted to score on the third rebound, but Hassapis managed to stop all four shots in a five-second span.
- In the 87th minute, Emma Guccione connected with Emily McGrath to give Bentley a 1-0 lead to spoil AIC's Pink Out game.
