COACH'S CORNER:
- "We knew what we were getting ourselves in for as coaches when we scheduled the game last year," said AIC coach Luke Perry. "They have a very direct game plan and, in fairness, are good at what they do. Even though we lost, I am pleased with the outcome. I've said from Day One this season that finishing top four in the conference is our biggest priority. We scheduled this game to teach us valuable lessons before we come up against teams in the conference with similar tactics. I hope that this will be a great lesson for the team to prepare us for the conference."
NEXT UP:
- The Yellow Jackets begin their conference slate with a trip down Interstate 90 to the College of Saint Rose on Tuesday, September 12 in Albany, New York. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
