Just like they had every time before, the Ravens then went on a run and made it a 13-point game, with just 2:44 left. The Yellow Jackets then started to extend the game after AIC scored. With two minutes left in the game, Spruell went up for a layup, made the basket and was headed to the line for the and-one. He knocked it down and it was a two-possession game. The Ravens then knocked down two free throws after the foul. Spruell, who had the hot hand, came down and made it a five-point game with a three. The Ravens took advantage of the Yellow Jackets' missed shots and turnovers as they knocked down free throws and took the game 105-95.

The Yellow Jackets return to action on Saturday, January 14 when they travel to Bentley to take on the Falcons at 3:30 p.m.
