GARDEN CITY, N.Y. -: The Yellow Jacket men's basketball team can clinch a Northeast-10 Championship berth with a win or a Le Moyne or Pace loss when they wrap up the 2015-16 regular season at Adelphi University Tuesday night at the Center for Recreation and Sport.

Jayvon Pitts-Young (Portland, Maine) is scoring 15.3 points over his last three games, going 17-20 from the charity stripe including a 12-12 game against Southern Connecticut on Feb. 10.

Oscar Assie (Ansonia, Conn.), grabs a team-high 6.9 rebounds.
SCOUTING THE PANTHERS: Adelphi has made their home outside the perimeter this season, jacking up 841 three's, knocking down 309 of them - 36.7 percent for the season. The next closest NE-10 team in 3-point attempts, Southern Connecticut with 722. Michael Coffey is 75-195 (36.8%) from long range and is second on the team with 14.9 points-per-game. Anthony Libroia paces the offense with 15.2 points and ranks third in the league with a 48.3 percent mark from 3-point land.
THE LAST MEETING: Adelphi shot 17-35 from behind the arc including eight from Coffey as the Panthers downed AIC at home in November, 91-79. The Yellow Jackets hit 11-31 from long range, but not enough to keep pace with the Panthers.
Juwan Moody and Dobbs hit four trey's apiece, scoring 19 and 18 points, respectively, in the losing effort. Coffey hit 11-23 field goals (8-15 from three) for a game-high 34 points. 17 of Adelphi's 28 field goals were from outside the perimeter.
