Previous School: Transfer student from Utah State University Eastern… was a member of the men’s basketball team.

High School: 2012 graduate of Troy High School… was coached by Rich Hurley as a member of the basketball team… served as team captain and named team MVP during his senior year, helping his team win a Big Ten Section Championship… earned 1st Team All-League accolades while being named the Big Ten Player of the Year in 2012.

Personal: Son of Tracy and Lisa Burrell… majoring in Communications.
