LAST TIME OUT: The Yellow Jackets suffered a 1-0 loss at Pace in their last contest. Despite a 6-0 shots-on-goal edge in the first half, AIC could not find the net, and the Setters came out energized in the second half. Making a final push late, they were able to generate a shot and goal with 22.1 seconds left on the clock to defeat the Yellow Jackets.

LAST TIME THEY MET: The Yellow Jackets used a strong second half push to top the Hawks 2-1 on October 17, 2015. Jessica Margaretta scored the opening goal of the game on a header in the sixty-fourth minute, and Johanna Nilsson added to the lead just over seven minutes later. The second goal would prove to be the winner, as the Hawks broke the shutout with 21 seconds left on the clock, but AIC held on for the victory.

FIGHT FOR FIRST: AIC stands third in the conference, a point back of Stonehill and Adelphi with the tiebreaker secured against the Skyhawks and a match with Adelphi coming up on Long Island in a week. Stonehill plays Pace today, while the Panthers face off against Franklin Pierce.

NEXT UP: The Yellow Jackets host the Ravens of Franklin Pierce Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. on Abdow Field.
