ABOUT AIC: The Yellow Jackets (16-5, 11-4 NE-10) halted their first two-game losing skid of the season in a big way, dropping the Pace Setters, 85-54. AIC led wire-to-wire propelled by senior Bobby Harris' (Berlin, N.J.) 21 points and six assists. Harris went 5-for-9 from behind the arc and currently leads the team in scoring with 18.0 points, ninth best in the NE-10. He also sits high, tied for third overall, in assist/turnover ratio with 2.2. The Jackets rank fifth in the league with 78.4 points and eighth in defense, allowing 72.7 points.

SCOUTING THE PANTHERS: After going 4-5 to start December, Adelphi (4-17, 1-14 NE-10) has dropped 12 straight entering Tuesday night's contest. Adelphi nets 70.4 points-per-game, but gives up 76.1, 13th worst in the league. Duane Morgan paces the Panthers, netting 14.7 points and 7.1 rebounds. Anthony Libroia and Michael Coffey also average double digit scoring.

LAST TIME THEY MET: AIC senior forward Marcus Porter (New Castle, Del.) went 9-for-15 from the field for a game-high 21 points in a home victory last November, 77-73. Porter hit a layup with 5:55 to go, breaking a 64 all tie and the Jackets held a narrow edge over the Panthers to close out the game. Three other Jackets finished in double figures led by Trahmier Burrell's (Albany, N.Y.) 19 points. Al-Shabazz Jabateh (East Orange, N.J.) and Harris notched 15 and 11 respectively. The Panthers also had four players reach double figures led by Boris Fodoup's 19. Fodoup grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds for the double-double in the losing effort.

THE ROAD AHEAD: The Yellow Jackets finish off their Northeast Division slate with a road trip to Franklin Pierce Thursday, Feb. 12 for a 7 p.m. tilt with the Ravens in Rindge, N.H.
