SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Junior midfielder

The Yellow Jackets improved to 4-5-2 overall and 3-3-1 in the Northeast-10 with the win, while the Skyhawks record fell to 5-6-0 overall and 3-4-0 in conference action.
AIC took an early 1-0 advantage when senior forward/midfielder
Drou Goff (Pembroke, N.H.) when he one-timed a cross from junior midfielder
Conor Doyle (Douglas, Ilse of Man) 18:11 into the contest. Senior forward Mark Bolster (Narragansett, R.I.) answered for Stonehill as he buried a lead pass from senior forward Jordan Brown (Sheridan, Wyo.) with 3:43 left in the first half to tie the game at one.

AIC put the pressure on right away in the extra period and Pereira ended the game after chipping home a rebound off an initial cross-corner shot from senior forward
Thomas Denomme (North Smithfield, R.I.) that hit the right post just 90 seconds into OT.
Sophomore keeper
Jason Ryan (Peabody, Mass.) recorded three saves to earn the decision in net for the Yellow Jackets, while freshman keeper Adam Colella (Wilmington, Mass.) had three saves in taking the loss for the Skyhawks.
