RINDGE, N.H. – The American International College men's soccer team saw its four-game winning streak come to an end Tuesday night as it suffered a 3-0 loss at fifth-ranked Franklin Pierce University in a Northeast-10 contest. The Ravens improved to 8-1-0 overall and 6-0-0 in the NE-10, while the Yellow Jackets dropped to 5-5-1 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play.
Junior midfielder Paul Latif (Newcastle, England) scored on a penalty kick 21:27 into the game to give Franklin Pierce a lead it would not relinquish. Junior midfielder Victor Goncalves (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) scored 13 minutes later to give the Ravens a 2-0 lead at the half and graduate back Jeff Hay (Dudley, Mass.) capped the scoring in the 72st-minute for the 3-0 final.

AIC was outshot 25-6 in the game and the Ravens held a 10-7 advantage in corner kicks.
The Yellow Jackets will look to get back in the win column Saturday when the travel to Assumption College for a 7 p.m. Northeast-10 contest.
