Mike Massery# (Pittsfield, Mass.) forced a walk with the bases loaded to push Farrell across the plate. But their effort was not enough as Bentley scored three more runs in the bottom of the inning for a 12-4 victory.

AIC out hit Bentley 10-8 on the day.
