Springfield, Mass. – The American International College baseball team dropped a Northeast-10 contest to Pace, 4-3, at AIC Park Tuesday afternoon. With the loss the Yellow Jackets fell to 2-13 overall and 0-3 in the NE-10, while the Setters improved to 7-11-1 and 2-2 in the conference.
Senior shortstop Andre Liscinsky (Trumbull, Conn.) led off the top of the ninth for Pace with a single to the left side and was advanced by a sacrifice bunt and a ground out. Liscinsky scored the go ahead run on a single to the right side by junior first baseman Vinny Damman (Mullica Hill, N.J.).
Senior Eric Brown (Norwalk, Conn.) shutdown AIC in the bottom of the ninth to earn the win for the Setters. Brown came in to relieve sophomore starter Chris Camastro (Lagrangeville, N.Y.) who pitched six innings, allowed three earned runs, while striking out eight batters.

Dan Nugent# (Cambridge, Mass.) started for the Yellow Jackets and lasted 6.2 innings and allowed one unearned run. Nugent held the Setters hitless through the first 5.2 innings of the game. Freshman #
