BEFORE AIC: 2020 graduate of Barrington, where he was a four-year member of the baseball team coached by Vin Scandura...First-Team All-Division...team captain...previously played at Rollins and Massasoit CC.

PERSONAL: Son of Beth and Tom Tanous '91...father Tom is assistant general manager for player development and scouting for the Colorado Rockies; he played baseball at AIC, and was a member of the 1991 College World Series team...avid grilled cheese eater...nicknamed "The Midnight Gopher"...business major.
