Marcus Price

Marcus Price began his tenure with the American International College football team in the spring of 2026 and serves as running backs coach.

Before returning to AIC, Price served as the Offensive Quality Control Assistant and Assistant Running Backs Coach at Bryant University. During the 2025 season he helped mentor a backfield that accumulated 1,755 all-purpose yards and 19 touchdowns, including coaching an All-CAA 2nd Team Running Back.

His collegiate coaching experience also includes time spent at Worcester State University (2024) where he served as the Running Backs Coach. Under his guidance, the Lancer rushing offense ranked #4 in the MASCAC. Price also spent several years developing top-tier athletes at Doherty Memorial High School and Quabbin Regional High School, producing numerous All-Stars and Shiner Bowl selections.

Price’s football career started in the NE10, as he played his freshman year of college football at AIC. He later transferred to Worcester State University, where he was a three year starter. In 2011 Price helped lead the Lancers to an 8-3 record and an appearance in the ECAC Northwest Bowl. During his time at Worcester State he earned All-NEFC Bogan Division honors, All Worcester Area all star honors, First Team All-NEFC honors, and was selected to compete in the Division III North-South All-Star Classic in Salem, Virginia.

Price earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Worcester State University and was inducted into the Worcester State Athletic Hall of Fame in 2024.
