NORTH ATTLEBORO, Massachusetts - The Northeast 10 Conference office announced its selections for its Academic All-Conference honors for the Fall 2025 semester. Among the student-athletes recognized were five members of American International College teams.

To be eligible, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.30 on a four-point scale, have been at their institution at least two semesters, not including the semester for which the honor is given, and must have earned an All-Conference selection in their sport.
Jakkai Stith of football,
Pietro Botasso of men's soccer, and
Janelys Perez Cortes,
Daniella Russo-Lolas, and
Victoria Soto Burgos of women's volleyball were AIC's honorees.
Stith, a general business major, was named Second-Team All-Conference as a linebacker. He led AIC with 60 tackles in 10 games and sacked the opposing quarterback 3.5 times.
Botasso, an exercise science major, earned Second-Team All-Conference at forward. He scored five goals and one assist, scoring the game-winning tallies against Pace University and Assumption University to help AIC reach the NE10 Tournament. He earned a CSC Academic All-District honor as well.
Cortes Perez, a health science major, was named First-Team All-Conference and to the NE10 All-Tournament team at outside hitter, and additionally was an AVCA All-American for the first time in her career. She led the team with 262 kills in 89 sets, with 49 aces, 116 digs, 239 receptions, and 30 blocks.
Russo-Lolas, who is seeking a master's in business administration, earned Second-Team All-Conference at setter in her first year of playing the position after a career as a libero. She averaged 6.18 assists per set, racking up 569 in total, and led the NE10 with 65 aces; her 0.71 aces per set were among the top in the nation.
Soto Burgos, a human biology major, earned Third-Team All-Conference at middle blocker, her first regular-season honor after being named the 2024 NE10 Tournament Most Outstanding Player. She totaled 69 blocks in 88 sets played, along with 84 kills, and was also named a CSC Academic All-District selection.
It is the first Academic All-Conference honor for all five student-athletes.
