SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts - The American International College field hockey team dropped a 2-0 Northeast-10 Conference contest on Saturday, November 2.
AIC's season ends with a record of 6-11 overall and 4-9 in the NE10.
Both goals came in the first half; Rebecca Phillips scored on a first-quarter corner at 11:37, and Reese Swanson tallied at 10:35 of the second.
Frederique den Hartog stopped 12 shots in the contest, ending her rookie campaign with 140 total saves. Her 120 stops in NE10 play led the conference, while her .811 conference save percentage ranked second in the league.
