LANDISVILLE, Pennsylvania - The American International College women's rugby team won the Frostbite 7s to open the spring 2023 season.

In pool play, the Yellow Jackets opened with a 38-7 win over York, and followed with two shutouts, defeating the University of Pittsburgh 38-0 before blasting Indiana University of Pennsylvania 53-0.

That set up a matchup against NIRA rival West Chester University, which AIC won 21-0 to claim the title.

AIC next plays at Harvard University's Crimson 7s on March 25.
