RINDGE, New Hampshire - The American International College women's lacrosse team fell 21-4 to Franklin Pierce University in a Northeast-10 Conference matchup on Saturday, April 16.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Ravens jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first minute, but AIC slowed the attack from there in part thanks to saves by Jessica Stone before Liz Day opened the scoring for AIC at 7:03. Franklin Pierce broke through again at the 10:10 mark, but Antonella Mikolyuk countered with a goal, although ultimately the Ravens led 6-2 at the end of the period.
- Franklin Pierce scored quickly again in the second, but the Yellow Jackets had an answer, as Day found Madi Bis open on the left side for her first goal of the season at 1:46.
- From there, the home side went on a long run, building to a 20-3 lead early in the fourth. Kaitlyn Morris added a goal for AIC with 7:42 to play, but the Ravens earned the 21-4 win.
