LAST TIME OUT:
LAST TIME THEY MET:
- The Yellow Jackets and Falcons closed out 2018 against one another, with Bentley coming out on top 18-8 on AIC's Senior Day on April 28.
- Jack McIntyre '18 scored three times for the Yellow Jackets, while Astarita had five points on a hat trick and two assists for the Falcons.
SCOUTING THE FALCONS:
- Bentley is a much different team at home than they are on the road, with a 5-1 record in Waltham but just a 3-3 mark away from home after back-to-back road losses in the team's last two outings.
- The Falcons are in the middle of the NE10 both offensively and defensively; they rank seventh in both goals for and goals against per game with 10.67 and 10.58 respectively.
- One area where the Yellow Jackets might be able to take advantage of the Falcons is with ball possession; Bentley is 11th of 12 teams in terms of caused turnovers and last in faceoffs won in the NE10.
- Michael Haggan is one of the top goalkeepers in the NE10, compiling a .574 save percentage, good for fifth in the conference.
VETERAN PLAYERS CHASE PROGRAM RECORDS:
- Caesar's goal at Le Moyne was his 50th career goal; he currently sits seventh in program history at 55 goals. The next player on the list is Matt Goodreau, who scored 57 goals from 1993-96, seventh-most in program history.
- Caesar's 77 points make him one of just eight to reach that plateau in program history; in seventh is Jason McKenzie, who had a total of 84 points in the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
- When Caesar steps onto the field for the contest, he will set a new program record for games played with 63.
- Redshirt junior defender Eddie Beattie is threatening the program's caused turnovers records. He has 48 in his career, seventh-most in program history.
- Sixth, fifth, and fourth are at 51, 52, and 53, respectively; with one game left, Beattie has a chance to head into his senior year ahead of those and in range of Josh Gagnon's team record of 62.
- Beattie has caused 26 turnovers this season, which is second in program history; his next one will break the three-tway tie for second with Nick Palermo and Dan Gryszko. The single-season men's record is 32 by Quinn Smith in 2010 and the overall AIC record is 36 by Allison Roy for the women's team in 2018.
