LAST TIME OUT:
- The Yellow Jackets fell 14-12 to Palm Beach Atlantic in a matchup in Florida on March 2.
- Senior midfielder Mikayla Demanche once again led AIC's offense, notching a pair of goals and three assists for a five-point game.
- Sophomores Reagan Nichols and Devin Coulter also were impressive; Nichols scored twice and added an assist, while Coulter had a hat trick.
- Junior Chelsea Davis made 14 saves in goal.
LAST TIME THEY MET:
- The Yellow Jackets blew by the Eagles, 19-4, on March 3, 2018.
- AIC scored 13 times in the first 11:11 before backing off the attack.
- Sophomore midfielder Brianna O'Brien put away two goals and added three helpers, sophomore attacker Emilee Giacondino scored four times, and Coulter posted a hat trick; attacker Deanna Fortin '18 scored twice and contributed an assist as well.
- Davis made four saves in the win, allowing just one goal in 30:00 of play.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES:
- Post lost its two top scorers from a year ago; Toni Deren graduated after a 38-goal, 20-assist season, tops on the team in both categories. She was also the team's leader in caused turnovers with 20 and draw controls with 66. Sydney Hogan also left after scoring 33 times as a freshman.
- Savannah Schwack is the leading returner offensively for the Eagles; she had 32 goals and seven assists as a junior in 17 games. Jaylene Souto also returns after notching 16 goals as a rookie and winning 30 draw controls.
- Noreen Donnelly returns in goal after playing every minute of every game as a freshman in 2018. She stopped 200 shots in 17 games.
