NORTH ANDOVER, Massachusetts - The American International College men's basketball team fell short in overtime to Holy Family University 75-73 on Sunday, November 11 at North Andover, Mass.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Since tip-off, the Yellow Jackets started off strong, going off to a 23-11 lead. That 12 point lead was the highest of the half.
- Halfway through the first half, Holy Family went on a run of their own, bringing the 12 point lead, to four in just five minutes.
- At the end of the first half, the Tigers erased the deficit and tied the Yellow Jackets at 31.
- Similar to the first half, AIC started off strong to start the half. Just 2:30 into the half, the Yellow Jackets went on a 12-0 run to lead the Tigers 43-31.
- With 10:19 remaining in the second half, AIC had the biggest lead of the game, up 13 to Holy Family.
- However, the Tigers still had plenty of fight left, battling back to make it a four score game with just over a minute remaining.
- Leading by two with 17 seconds remaining, the Yellow Jackets turned the ball over, resulting in a game-tying buzzer beater to force overtime.
- Offense wasn't clicking for AIC in the five minute overtime, only scoring two points off free throws.
- The Tigers managed to hit big shots, including a three to start the overtime, giving Holy Family the edge over AIC, 75-73.
