SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts - The American International College women's rugby team celebrated Senior Day on Sunday, October 21 when they hosted LIU Post. The Yellow Jackets cruised past their opponents, winning 73-5.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Yellow Jackets attacked right out of the gate with two tries in the first three minutes, one by freshman Dominique Ray and the other by senior Hilaria Lymas. The Yellow Jackets continued to roll as they took a 54-0 lead going into the break.
- After halftime, AIC continued to roll as they scored three more times and hit three of the four conversions. The Pioneers scored with just 30 seconds left to break the shutout and close out the 73-5 final.
NEXT UP:
- The Yellow Jackets hit the road for their last two road games of the year. They will take on Notre Dame College (Ohio) on Saturday, October 27 before heading to Molloy College on Saturday, November 3.
