MATCH NOTES/COACH'S CORNER:
- Jimeno-Vicente is now 7-2 at singles to begin her rookie season, and won her debut at first singles.
- "Both [McLean and Jimeno-Vicente] won against very solid opponents in two sets," said AIC tennis coachLoni Hammons. "Carleyah stayed focused after taking the first set and was able to close out the second set 6-0. Meri had some of the longest rallies of today's match for a tiring two sets. Morgan had the longest match of the day, fighting hard to stay in each set."
