SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts - The American International College women's rugby team took on reigning national champions Quinnipiac for their first home game of the season. AIC fell by a score of 60-24.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bobcats were on the board first with a try. The Yellow Jacket evened the score up at five just minutes later.
- Quinnipiac then used back-to-back tries to take the 15-5 lead. After an AIC try, the Bobcats scored one more time to make it a 20-10 game at the half.
- Coming out of the half, the Bobcats extended their lead, 40-10, before Bridget Kahele stopped the AIC drought.
- The Yellow Jackets added one before time expired to make it a 62-24 final.
