HOW IT HAPPENED:
- New Haven struck first, with Sukrija Dudic notching a goal in the 33rd minute to give the Chargers a 1-0 lead.
- That lead would hold until senior forward Kevin Diaz scored his first goal of the season with just 1:06 left in regulation - tying things up at one goal apiece.
- The game looked headed for overtime until Dudic notched his second goal of the game with 37 seconds remaining to give the Chargers a 2-1 lead and their first victory of the season.
GAME NOTES:
- This is the first time since 2008 that AIC has fallen to New Haven.
