The American International College women's lacrosse team heads to northern Vermont to take on Saint Michael's College in the Northeast-10 finale for both teams.

LAST TIME OUT: Mikayla Demanche had four goals, with three in a five-minute stretch late in the second half to help carry the Yellow Jackets to a 16-13 win over the Owls of Southern Connecticut State in the home finale on April 26.
Riley Brennan scored a team-high five times in the game, moving into third place all-time with 118 career goals.
Mary Bates also had a hat trick in the win, while
Stefanie Dufresne and
Kelsey Daniels had two goals apiece.
Alexis Torosian made 14 saves, giving her an NE10-high 150 saves on the year.
Bentley built up a nine-goal lead with just over ten minutes to go in the first half, and the Purple Knights fought hard, but could not quite close the gap in a 15-12 loss on April 26. Five goals to end the half cut into the deficit, and the visiting Saint Michael's squad pulled within two as Kaelyn Oliver capped a hat trick with 4:52 to go, but the Falcons held on for the win. Alex Vincent had a hat trick as well, along with two assists, while Grace Gunning made 10 stops in the setback.
LAST TIME THEY MET: Dufresne had four goals and two assists in a 10-6 AIC win over Saint Michael's to conclude the 2016 regular season campaign on April 30, 2016. The Jackets jumped out to a 5-1 lead, and every time the Purple Knights closed the gap, the hosts had a response, with two late goals by
Lauren Witherspoon sealing the deal for AIC late. Gunning made 13 saves in the loss while Torosian had eight stops for the win.
SCOUTING SAINT MICHAEL'S: Kealy Moyna is the team's leader in points with 33 on 21 goals and a team-best 12 assists. Vincent has 22 goals to top the squad, along with nine assists for 31 points, and Paige MacKinnon rounds out the top three with 21 goals and two assists for 33 points. Ellie Clark has 14 goals and seven assists for 21 points, while Ashley Dineen has posted 13 goals and five helpers for 18 points. Gunning has started 11 of the team's 13 games, posting a .439 SV% with 116 stops and a 13.45 GAA.
WINS RECORD: The eight members of the Class of 2017 will look to add one more victory to their record-setting total of 23 as a class which included the 2016 program record of nine wins and the first-ever Northeast-10 Championship Tournament appearance. Torosian as an individual also seeks her program-best 19th win in net.
