  • In the opening minute of the second half, the Yellow Jackets grew their lead to 16 before the Lions cut it two a one point game with just 9:33 left in the game.
  • A Swam layup at the 8:24 mark started a swing in the Yellow Jackets' favor. Over the next four minutes, AIC went on a 10-3 run and take the 55-48 lead. In the last minute, the Yellow Jackets added seven points, including going 5-6 from the line, to seal the game at 64-55.

The only other game where that happened this season was against Jefferson, when Swan had 21, Golding added 11, and Owens and Vidal each chipped in 10.
  • Freshman Robert Durant put in a career-high in points with 12 in the loss to New Haven only to one up himself against the Lions with 13 points.
  • The Yellow Jackets made a season high 18 free throws to help secure their win over the Lions.
