The American International College women's basketball team will take to the court for the first time this season on Friday, October 11 at 7 p.m. against the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. The Yellow Jackets will then have a quick turnaround as they play on Saturday afternoon at noon against Goldey Beacom.
The Yellow Jackets return just two starters from last season's team that went 26-6. The Yellow Jackets will look for new players to step up and keep their losses in single digits again this season.
Last time they met: These two teams have not met for 11 seasons. The Yellow Jackets took the only matchup in history between the schools, with an 87-71 win on March 12, 2004.
