SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The American International College men's soccer team netted three goals in the last 20-minutes of regulation to claim 3-1 victory over Bridgeport. The game was the first ever night game under the new lights at John Homer Miller Field. With the win the Yellow Jackets improve to 4-5-0 this season, while the loss drops the Purple Knights to 3-2-2 overall.
Bridgeport took a 1-0 lead 23:12 into the first half when freshman Johnathan Aristizabel (Medellin, Colombia) found the back of the net off of a rebound.

Ryan Brooks-Newton# (Selkirk, N.Y.) stopped for shots to earn the win, while counterpart, junior Milos Suljagic (Belgrade, Serbia) made nine saves for the Purple Knights.
The Yellow Jackets outshot Bridgeport 22-7 and held a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks.
