Sam Enari was named assistant coach for AIC Rugby on July 29, 2021. He brings a wealth of experience at all levels of the game to AIC.

Most recently, Enari comes from Denver, Colorado where he was the head coach of the Rocky Mountain Magic. In two seasons with the Magic, the team made back-to-back Club National 7's appearances, reaching the quarterfinals.
 
Prior to his time in Colorado, Enari served the head coach for the University of Houston Men's Rugby Club, and served as backs coach for the Indiana University Men's and Women's rugby clubs. Enari also has strong ties to the Indiana High school program, as he coached the Bloomington high school club.
 
Enari graduated from Indiana University in 2012, where he played for the rugby program as a fullback, fly half, and scrum half. He also has international experience, including a season in the Sydney Premier League with the West Harbor Pirates.
