American International College named Logan Jones its Head Equipment Manager in August 2025.
Jones most recently served as the Director of Equipment Operations at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, a role he began in September 2024. With the Minutemen, he oversaw daily equipment operations for all Olympic sports programs, including game day apparel, uniforms, and practice gears. He coordinated uniform design, customization, and ordering while ensuring compliance with institutional brand standards and NCAA rules, and also coordinated inventories and budgets while overseeing a team of nearly a dozen student workers.
Prior to his time in Amherst, Jones was the Equipment Coordinator at Brandeis University from 2022-2024, supporting the Judges’ 19 teams. In addition to all equipment room operations, he was the primary liaison with BSN Sports, which AIC also uses. He additionally served on institutional committees for logo and uniform design initiatives, and also worked game management for the basketball programs at the University.
Jones graduated from the University of West Alabama in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management, and earned a master’s in sports management in 2022 from West Alabama. With the Tigers, he was a member of the football and track teams.
