Keith Campbell was hired as American International College's Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in January 2026. He will lead all aspects of the program.
Campbell comes to AIC from Longmeadow High School, where he was the head coach of the Lancers from 2015 to 2025. Taking over a program that was eliminated in the first round of the Western Mass playoffs, he has ten consecutive Western Mass first place finishes and been to five MIAA Championships, winning in 2022 and 2024. In addition to coaching, he has had 30 USA Lacrosse All-Americans, 11 Academic All-Americans, and a pair of Bob Scott Award recipients. Nearly 60 of his high school players went on to play collegiate lacrosse.
In addition to his high school expertise, Campbell worked with Piatelli Club Lacrosse from 2014 to 2025 as the program’s recruiting coordinator, developing a comprehensive academic and athletic recruiting workflow with grade-specific milestones for high school athletes, creating recruiting bios and highlight videos for all high school players in the club program. In that decade, he placed more than 70 players in NCAA programs, with more than 25 of them becoming team captains and a collegiate graduation rate above 95 percent.
He also coached the Piatelli New England Collegiate team from 2023 to 2025, training the top collegiate players in New England; in his first year, the team reach the semifinals of the Lake Placid Summit Tournament and won the Open Gold Division in his second campaign.
Campbell earned a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Massachusetts.
