American International College

American International College Department of Athletics named Jeff DuBois as Assistant Equipment Manager in August 2024. 

The hire marks a return to AIC for DuBois, who served as volunteer equipment manager for the College’s ice hockey team during the 2005-06 academic year.

DuBois brings a wealth of administrative and organizational experience that will translate well in the fast-paced realm of equipment operations. Most recently, he worked for Empower Retirement, a firm based in nearby Enfield, Connecticut, a position he has held since December 2020. There, he managed, prepared, and presented a number of forms and plans to clients, while maintaining systems and leading training while serving as a committee leader. 

Prior to his time with Empower Retirement, DuBois worked for the MassMutual Financial Group from 2014-2020. 

DuBois has a bachelor’s degree in finance with an economics minor from Springfield College. He is USA Hockey Level 4 Certified.
