2015-16: Skated in 23 games, scoring one goal and adding four assists for five points ... scored a goal during a 4-2 setback against RIT (10/30) ... collected an assist in three straight games against Sacred Heart (11/10) and Niagara (11/20, 11/21).

Before AIC: Was a member of the University of Connecticut hockey team during his freshman year … played for the Springfield Pics of the Eastern Hockey League, coached by Patrick Tabb … served as team captain and participated in the league All-Star game.

Personal: Son of Dan and Dawn Mele … majoring in business with a minor in health care management.
