  • USTFCCA All-Academic selection.
  • Placed ninth at the Adelphi Invite with a 5K time of 16:22.2 (9-1).
  • Was 57th at the NE10 Championships with an 8K time of 27:16.7 (10-22).
  • Finished 53rd at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships with a 10K time of 35:30.3 (11-4).
  • Participated at NCAA Division II Championships, placing 227th with a 10K time of 35:04.4 (11-18).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016:
  • Named to Fall 2016 Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

  BEFORE AIC: 
  • 2016 graduate of Gilford High School, where he ran four seasons of cross country under Kathy Aldridge and four seasons of track under Joe Wernig.
  • Three-time All State selection for cross country. 
  • Also winner of the NHIAA (LOA) Sportsmanship Award.
  • 4x800m relay qualified for NHIAA Meet Of Champions. 
  • Qualified for New England Interscholastic Cross Country Championships. 
  • Also competed in nordic skiing and indoor track.

  • Son of James and Susan LaFrance. 
  • Undecided but considering a major in visual and digital arts.
