Was 57^th at the NE10 Championships with an 8K time of 27:16.7 (10-22).
Finished 53^rd at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships with a 10K time of 35:30.3 (11-4).
Participated at NCAA Division II Championships, placing 227^th with a 10K time of 35:04.4 (11-18).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016:

Named to Fall 2016 Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

BEFORE AIC:

2016 graduate of Gilford High School, where he ran four seasons of cross country under Kathy Aldridge and four seasons of track under Joe Wernig.
Three-time All State selection for cross country.
Also winner of the NHIAA (LOA) Sportsmanship Award.
4x800m relay qualified for NHIAA Meet Of Champions.
Qualified for New England Interscholastic Cross Country Championships.
Also competed in nordic skiing and indoor track.

PERSONAL:

Son of James and Susan LaFrance.
Undecided but considering a major in visual and digital arts.
