WEST POINT, New York- The American International College women's rugby team rounded out the regular season with a trip to Army for the Army 7s. AIC went 2-2 in the tournament on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Game 1 vs. Dartmouth
- Dartmouth was on the board early in the first half on their way to scoring four times in the opening frame taking the 24-0 lead into the break. After another Dartmouth try, the Yellow Jackets rallied with three straight tries, converting on two of them to make it a 31-19 final.
Game 2 vs. Army B:
- Senior Kayla Hunkin-Clark, junior Elizabeth Harvey, and freshman Siale Alatini each scored in the first six minutes of the game to make it 19-0. Army answered with two late first half tries to make it a 19-12 game at the break.
- Army tied the game 22 seconds into the second half, but senior Shamira Robles scored twice and Harvey scored once while making three conversions to take the game 40-19.
Game 3 vs. Army A:
- The Yellow Jackets struck first as junior Hilaria Lymas scored her first try of the 7s season two minutes into the semifinal. From that point forward, the Black Knights controlled the game, ultimately taking it 28-5.
Game 4 vs. Harvard:
- The Yellow Jackets took home 3rd place after Harvard forfeited the match.
