Watertown, Mass. – The American International College men's ice hockey team lost Tuesday night 6-4 to Bentley. With the loss the Yellow Jackets fall to 4-19-1 for the season and to 4-14-0 in Atlantic Hockey play, while the win improves the Falcons to 10-11-1 this season and to 8-7-1 in the conference.
Junior Marc Menzione (Darien, Ill.) put Bentley on top 1-0 when he found the back of the net on the power play at the 7:16 mark of the first period. Sophomore Dustin Cloutier (Berkley, Mich.) and freshman Ryan Kayfes (Maple Grove, Minn.) dished out the assists on the goal. Cloutier gave the Falcons a 2-0 lead when he scored a power play goal just 2:38 later with assists from Menzione and Kayfes. Sophomore #

The Falcons regained the lead when senior Dain Prewitt (Westminster, Colo.) scored just 16-seconds into the second period. Classmate Anthony Canzoneri (Homer Glen, Ill.) and junior Bobby Preece (Bonita Springs, Fla.) handed out the assists on Prewitt's goal. Senior Jeff Gumaer (Webster Groves, Mo.) gave Bentley a 4-2 lead when he netted a goal with assists from Canzoneri and Preece. David Turco# (Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.) tied the score at 4-4 when he tallied his second goal of the season with assists from Woodard and sophomore #
Steve McLeod# (Atikokan, Ont.). Prewitt gave the Falcons a 5-4 when he scored with an assist from Gumaer. Gumaer capped off the Bentley victory when he found the back of the net with assists from Prewitt and Canzoneri.

Dan Ramirez #(Rochester, N.Y.) made 24 saves on the night, while his counterpart, freshman Kyle Rank (Islip, N.Y.) also stopped 24 shots for the Falcons.
The Yellow Jackets were outshot 30-28 on the game.
