Women’s Soccer Announces 2008 Schedule
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (June 23, 2008) – The American International College women’s soccer team will open the 2008 season by hosting the AIC Soccer Classic, which will also feature Caldwell, Le Moyne and Wilmington, August 29-30 at AIC Park, it was announced by third-year head coach Matt Johnson. The Yellow Jackets will open the tournament against Caldwell August 29 at 2 p.m. and will face Wilmington the following day at noon. [more]
Germano Named to NSCAA All-Region Team
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Senior forward Joanne Germano (West Springfield, Mass.) of the American International College women's soccer team has been named a third-team all-New England Region selection by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. She also received first-team all-Northeast-10 and second-team NE-10 all-academic honors this season. [more]
