Men’s Soccer Announces 2008 Schedule
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (June 24, 2008) – The American International College men’s soccer team will open the 2008 season at a tournament hosted by Westchester with Lincoln and Mercy August 30-31, it was announced by 12th-year head coach Fred Balbino. The Yellow Jackets will open the tournament against Mercy August 30 at 1 p.m. and will face either Lincoln or West Chester the following day. The team’s home-opener is September 5 against Assumption. Charles Named to All-Conference Men’s Soccer Team
North Easton, Mass – Senior forward Chris Charles (Brooklyn, N.Y.) of the American International College men’s soccer team has been named a third-team all-conference selection by the Northeast-10. He was also named to the all-conference team last season, his first at AIC, earning first-team honors. [more]
